30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love every product you receive from Auvrella. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Returned within 30 days of delivery
Unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
Unused and in the same condition as received
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Opened or partially used consumable products (such as supplements, powders, or liquids) are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund at no charge.

How to Start a Return

Email us at lesedi@auvrellasa.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation, as unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

International Orders

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt under the EU cooling-off period, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
